Hi Alex, what a great video! I found this one by chance and I have to say I needed something like this. I found out I´m autistic about a 1,5 years ago and it was a shock for me. Now I know more about myself and I am ready to improve. Thank you for sharing these topics. I hope you´ll get more followers soon because everybody needs to see these vids.
