I noticed that Hiro sang a song in Race for the Sodor Cup. In the original series, Hiro was one of many characters who didn’t even sing in the CGI era. I agree with most of your points you made. Especially mentioning James, Edward, and Henry in this new shitty series. How the hell does Thomas remember James' name, but not Edward and Henry and he calls them "those trains". I also find it weird that Edward has 6 front wheels when he should have 4. Idk what Henry's wheels look like, but it's probably similar to Gordon's wheels, except there's no wheels at the back. As for the merchandise, I ain't wasting my money on that shit. I'd prefer getting Hot Wheels and Disney Cars rather than that shit. And as for the Race for the Sodor Cup, I didn't watch the full movie, but I didn't bother anyway since it sucks ass. I'd rather watch The Great Race since I remember watching it back in 8th grade and it was such a memorable time even though they could've done a better job with The Great Race.

For once, in real life, a 6 front wheel locomotive was actually real until its death: Pennsylvania Railroad 6100 is a monster duplex engine built by the Altoona shops in 1938-39, the type is a S1, and has a four cylinder setup, the front and back wheels have 6 trailing and pilot wheels, it was 140 or 50+ long, no wonder it was nicknamed: the big engine. After being displayed at the 1939 New York world fair, the S1 was used on PRRS mainline between chahigo and crestline, pulling deluxe passenger trains, unfortunately like the later T1, it had wheel slip. After 7 years in service, 6100 was retired in 1946, and scrapped in 1949, a quiet end for the big engine.

Honestly, I still wish that all engines go were a television series that sir topham hatt and his family were watching! Just not another alternate universe. I honestly think Mattel may have gone a bit too far when they came up with this idea, it does look quite terrible. I know people hated the CGI seasons but atleast they were more liked than this total garbage. Considering that this petty excuse of a show got an opinion from Britt Allcroft (that is actually true), it's just showing that Mattel are assuming 2D animation is the way to go. Yeah sure, there are some *good* examples of that but this isn't one of those.

Was it just because of gravity and the Foolish Freight Cars were only running downhill? They would've stopped as soon as they reached the bottom. I feel like even Wilbert Reverend Awdry didn't write everything 100% realistic, I know nobody's perfect, for example, Awdry stated that engines only have faces when they're on Sodor but not on the Mainland or anywhere else in the world yet in the unadapted episode Gordon goes Foreign, he goes to London yet he still has face in England, is that another alternate reason why it wasn't adaption into TV other than budget expensives? I'm highly guessing Mattel (and Andrew Brenner) saw that just thought sure why not and adapted Journey Beyond Sodor, BWBA (the movie and international episodes), and The Royal Engine

After watching a few more episodes of All Engines Go, I now DESPISE it. I'm downgrading it to a 3/10, however, the All Engines Go special I watched, Race for the Sodor Cup, gets a 5.5/10, mainly because it has antagonists and Hiro and Bulstrode's voice is pretty good. Not to mention we now get to hear what Bulstrode's horn sounds like. One more thing, it is also like the Bob the Builder Reboot, but at least the Bob The Builder Reboot has the potential of being good in my opinion.

all engines go is a different canon to the series. the company may want it to be canon or not but in most / all people's eyes it is not canon. i think the reason thomas referred to edward and henry as "those trains" is because gordon hasnt really introduced all the little engines to the other ones (still doesnt make up for any shit that went down in that scene) just my theory that the old and young engines aren't that close together besides gordon and james

Based on what you said about RFTSC it makes the worst Thomas movie Misty Island Rescue look good. I just don't understand how anyone at Mattel hasn't stepped up and challenged Mattel and let them know this reboot is bad bc as Ferdinand once said "This isn't right" I know there are some people who probably don't like it yet are being forced to work on this. This reboot is probably going to end up like Bob The Builder, fans complain then Mattel tries to make it better by actually giving them what they want but fans still aren't interested and they just stop which I think they just gave up with Bob bc I haven't seen anything else with it and if they do end up just stopping then I would say good riddance bc they're ending Thomas's suffering and this is not what Awdry's creation deserves. I have heard complaints about all engines go because parents and kids are upset about this I had tests all engines go with my four-year-old brother even though I still think it's bad average mixed bag and pretty forgettable, he legitimately thanks it's good and he seemed to like it and whenever December comes I might ask my four-year-old brother if he wants to have time for teamwork on to DVD. The merchandise in my opinion is alright just not on the series you know it is a separate series at this point which is a good thing I might be getting the merchandise just for the sake of Thomas collecting. ( And maybe I could have my four-year-old brother play with the all entrance Go toys of the motorized ones just so that I won't have to worry about coming into my engine room but for the push along engines no) I have seen race for the Sodor cup and I think that it is a guilty pleasure and kind of average it's really nice that Bulstrode has spoke and I do like his us voice and for the new characters they're alright even though it literally had bad things it had some good things like continuity to Percy Takes the plunge as well as bringing Harold back but with a few differences his the name is gone and he has a gray face now. I agree that Marc Foster will do a good job and hopefully it will stay true to the source material just so that it could be the biggest success ever but if it isn't then nothing left.

I have seen Dragon run before and I think it's kind of bad an average but however it is pretty good that Edward and Henry appeared in the series but the problem that I had is Thomas saying, Oh no it's going to hit those trains! Really do you seriously have to call them trains I think it could have been better if they didn't put trains in the script and make it a little bit better by having Thomas saying, Oh no it's going to hit Edward and Henry! Now that would be better now would it? Peanuts is a pretty good franchise I do remember seeing the Peanuts movie back in 2015 and it was pretty good and I remember owning DVD'S at my local Walmart like Race for Your Life Charlie Brown and Bon Voyage Charlie Brown and don't come back.

I will never hate this reboot, but only for one reason: When the first promo picture surfaced, people immediately hated it. I felt like this had potential, and there were redeeming factors, but as time went on, people became more and more right to hate it. It just makes me feel sad, and if there was a subplot to a movie that resembled this, the message would be harmful. Millions of people judged a book by it's cover, and when they actually read the book, they saw it was horse crap. Of course, this is not Thomas in my eyes, more or less a human spring locked into a train, but it's not right to say that it's the worst cartoon in history.

Every point you stated in this video, I completely agree with you, like I said this is what killed any interest i had in thomas and friends. But, at least I'm working to reignite that fire for my love for thomas, because it was my childhood for so long, it's going to be a while, but once it does, it will be worth it, and I can still enjoy thomas and friends. I'm not going to support the reboot because it's like the equivalent to Teen Titans Go.

Plus, the original Thomas was a very calm show, making it popular with autistic people such as myself. All Engines Go is a rapid fire mess with pacing faster than the speed of sound, flat characters (including Kana, one that seems to be plagiarized from a fan OC), and most importantly .... It's very unrealistic.

Yup. I think I kinda like BWBA. I've seen a few clips of it. The voice acting is great and at least the characters have accents unlike All Engines Go.

Also Nitrogen Studios later on produced the CGI Addams Family movie and the sequel.

I agree that this show is awful, but... "Engines don't play. They work." Actually, Thomas, Percy, and Edward were sent out to play on the branch line in the original series. Rolling stock doesn't move - True, but... how do the troublesome trucks push the engines all the time in the original?

Well, to be fair, Thomas, Percy and Edward weren't REALLY playing on the Branch Line. They were just having fun doing their jobs there. Also, maybe the wind and force made the Troublesome Trucks push the engines hard? Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!
