Favorite part of the video was the commentary section. Super cool to see how little things like that can bring you back down to earth and bring you back to where you started. We all start somewhere and need to be brought back to that place every now and then so that we can appreciate how far we've come. Also, I really like the commentary style videos! Explaining the exercise that you're doing, why you're doing it, and what things to focus on/tips on how to do the motion. Would love to see them be incorporated more into future videos!!

This version of Christian is my favorite because for the first time in my life, I’m taking life by the horn and showing up for myself, even when I don’t want to.
