Wow, everything looks amazing but what you’ve had to deal with and I just love that your children appreciate and how they’re learning how to cultivate and harvest their own food. I love seeing that. Thank you for sharing and stay blessed. ❤Go on with your green thumb.

Well, congratulations to Tara on her graduation. You didn’t share her graduation, but I know her celebration was wonderful. Sorry your garden got messed up from the storms. But I know you’ll get it back together.

Yes, the bugs are attacking everyone's garden in Houston. We lost all of our Brussels and almost all the squash. Do you know how to keep the bugs out of the grow bags we have potatoes.

I love watching your videos! I might have to check out that comfrey at Enchanted Gardens, because I've been searching for a local nursery instead of getting it shipped to me. And don't worry, you're not the only one who lost your squash plants to borers. I was only able to get two Crookneck squash from mine, before they died. There's a gardener on YT who mentioned she injected BT (insecticide) into the lower stalk of her plants to combat the squash borer larvae from killing her plants. I might try doing that when I plant them again in the Fall.

The summer heat ain’t no joke ! Sigh all I want to do is stay inside already! Thanks for sharing. I am ashamed of my garden this year nothing has bloomed for me !

This heat has been stupid. I pull my plants completely from the greenstalk. Roots don't break down quick enough. Try growing squash in the late summer early fall. That what worked for me here in Florida. Good luck with summer gardening!

Yes I will try again around September..I was so upset. This heat came quick this year

You have had the tent less than 30 days. Maybe you can look into returning it, or if it was purchased on a credit card, some companies will refund for broken products if the manufacturer won't.

It was a definite help to me who's just getting started. Loved the idea of the cucumber trellis thing. Had a day off and got outside yesterday & that sun is no joke. Does it make a difference if you do things like watering, pruning, etc. later in the day?
@HelenH7 ай бұрын
I just try to water before 7am. With the heat the water will dry up before it hits the roots when it's hot.
