I already shared my nailpolish, stamping plates and my nail art collection, so it was about time that I'd share my gel polishes too :) I don't own that many yet (it's nothing compared to my nail polishes), since I have only started out with gel for a little over a year now. In this video I didn't show you my two LED lamps and efile that I usually use, that is just because those were downstairs in my work area and I simply forgot to record those :3

What a beautiful collection! ❤ I have never tried these gel polishes, but I was thinking that perhaps I should try them in winter. My nails don't grow so much in the winter time anyway and all the dry and freezing cold air make them kinda brittle and easy to break. Perhaps with gel polishes I could get a polish to protect my nails without having to take it off several times a week...

I love your videos. When I come home from a long shift at work I always make a cup of tea and see if you uploaded something. I just love how you do your nails ❤️ I started taking multivitamins tablets and omega 3 capsules every morning and I noticed a big change in the strength in my nails. I also use a cuticle pen with jojoba oil and vitamin C on my nails x3 times a day . It works and you should try it... i mean your nails are lovely and strong as they are but the pen will prevent them from getting dry and they will become more flexible, which can actually in the long run prevent them from breaking. (Reference to Simply Nailogical). Femke would you be able to create a video about the venalisa gel pots ? xx

That is such a hard question :3 I really have the biggest passion for regular nail polishes, but I have only used gel for a little over a year now and I love how easy those are to work with too!

Love the madam glam gel polishes but I just find them a bit too expensive, I like using Halo by pure nails or Modelones and Venalisa off Aliexpress as those two are the nicest to my wallet 🙈

Hello, just watched the video and l looovvee your gel collection! One question though...Have you ever seen or tried Depend Gellack gel polishes? They are usually sold in the drugstores. l've tried a couple of them and think they're very nice, but its kinda sad that the bottles they make are 5ml bottles and the regular price is around 6$ to 8$. l got mine when they were on sale in one of the drugstores for 2 or 3 dollars.

Yes, I'm actually waiting on it to come in the mail as we speak! ☺️✨ It's the only one I trust to use on my natural nails and the ingredients are listed on their website too (that's something all other brands with similar removers won't make public for some reason!).

Well these are just my gel polishes. All the other cabinets you can see in the first 30 seconds of the video is full of regular nailpolishes (which I also already shared in my nail polish collection video about 2 months ago) :)

femketjeNL, thank you! I almost ordered them but was unsure if my gels would fit. Instead I went for some metal drawers on casters from Walmart that work well enough, but would definitely have bought the Helmers instead had I known for sure. The nearest IKEA is 3 hours away so didn’t want to take the chance. I did buy a desk from them that came with a big hole in the top but I kept it anyway because shipping it back would have been a giant pain.

No I haven't yet since the bottles don't really appeal to me that much, for some reason I always just walk pass by the brand without it standing out to me ^^" It might be fun to try the starter kit once, but I saw that it doesn't even include a colour.... that's not really a starter kit to me imo!

I really like the basecoat by madam glam, it's a soak off one which is gone with just a few minuted of soaking :) I use it all the time!

Hi :D ja ik ben helemaal Nederlands inderdaad! Zelf betaal ik alleen een paar euro import kosten op de madam glam gelpolishes tegenwoordig, maar anders dan dat niet aangezien het als pers materiaal verstuurd wordt. Mocht je het wel gewoon los kopen dan betaal je wel de volle mep aan import helaas >_< Oh en candy coat ken ik wel van naam maar zelf nog niet geprobeerd!

@@femketjeNL Ohh zo leuk dit! :) Ik heb echt net de candy coat lakjes binnengekregen. Ik heb 2 sets plus wat extra;'s gekocht ik was ongeveer 125 eu kwijt plus 40 eu doane kosten. Ik vond het wel meevallen want ik was er beetje op voorbereid en als je berekend kost het "maar" 6 euro per lakje. Ik wil een onboxing filmen. Ik hoop dat andere er dan wat aan hebben omdat ik er zo weinig over kan vinden op YT. Mag ik je advies hierin? Hoe film jij je audio? Klinkt als een voice over toch?

Ik neem inderdaad een losse voice over op met een professionele microfoon nadat ik de video edited heb :) Als ik tijd heb om te filmen is het niet altijd stil genoeg om meteen met spraak op te nemen, of het is juist super laat en onhandig om met geluid te filmen etc. dus dan werkt dat een stuk handiger en sneller!

I'd go for a few basic creamy colours first, you could even mix those up to create more colours and ofcourse adding loose glitter to the mix is a great idea too :) That way you don't have to spend a fortune on different coloured bottles ;)

Yes it does! It depends on the brand how long it's in perfect state and safe to use, but it always says so on the bottle :)
