Our daughter and her husband came to visit us in Thailand. During ours travels throughout Thailand and on our way to Loei, we went to Phitsanulok, but our son-in-law called it fish-on-a-hook.

The city pronounce like pi- sa-nu-loke means the world of Vishnu the lord of arts, crafts and mechanics. The province is always big but not the capital. Capital is Sukhothai the one west of this city the other capital is Ayutthaya to the south, near Bangkok. Both are a must see too if you get a chance.

I am in Burriram at the moment and the food I had for lunch at the GF’s home was quite different from yours 555 - people who have gone to a typical Isaan village will know what I mean.
