Anna Chlumsky was my first love in terms of movie girls my age back in the day. 90s kids trying to act like 70s kids. Gotta love it. Like The Wonder Years, 80s kids trying to be 70s kids. It kind of works in both cases in a weird sort of way. And having a great, underrated Canadian actor like Dan Aykroyd as your lead is usually a good choice. The guy absolutely nailed the role.
