That's malatang! It's usually way cheaper than actual hotpot. It's also pay by weight of ingredients. Idk how it is there, but where I live it's like $10-$14/500g? So it is actually possible for three portions to be $50, though if the people are particularly hungry you may go slightly over.

For those who are wondering what the hot pot place is it is Dragon Hot Pot, when you go inside you pick a pot and choose varieties of meat, seafood, fish cakes, noodles, veggies, and many more. After that, you go to the cashier to choose a broth and you pay. Me and my Mom like to share one hot pot because of how huge the portion and we like it that way
