the thing with the samurais is, Sasuke sword's attacks can't be blocked, except if you have lighting chakra form too (like Killer bee). The Samurais for sure could take down a ninja who use sword, but Sasuke is in another level even to ninjas, and his sword attacks can't be blocked by everyone.

Everyone is always disappointed by the samurai but they were fighting Sasuke. I never believed they would be a threat to someone who's intent was to Solo the hidden leaf. There are thousands of samurai if they were even a tenth of Sasuke's abilities then it would have been foolish of him to even enter their country.

well logically they were right to try and take out sasuke. he already became an international criminal. before he wasn't really after the leaf and didn't really bother anyone else, so at the beginning of shippuden when sai tried to take him out that wasn't justified yet (even tho he defected from konoha). after attacking b and then the summit, they were right to try and take him out. similarly, danzo is not so different from a dictatorship, in which only one way, his way works, and everyone else has to die if they oppose. people justify danzo's actions saying it was for the good of the village, but in fact he helped create a lot of the enemies the leaf had to face. for example, kabuto (in kabuto's backstory), supporting orochimaru, stealing shisui's eye, partnering with hanzo in the incident that killed yahiko (which changed nagato). the decision to eliminate a dictator is justified. killing isn't good, but that doesn't mean you just let the dictator rule over you and fuck up everyone's lives in the name of 'saving the leaf' (which he also let get destroyed, so not sure what he was trying to save).

@@andersonbucker1856 well i can see he both take down sasuke and danzo down are justify act... yet from the other side perspective... killing sasuke so he won't start hurting some enemy ninja's that might come for us is lame reason... you judge a person who's done an evil or criminal act.. and for what he have done and not by what he could've done.. about danzo, there's alot of filth there but a character as the raikage realy fit to punish danzo for hisui eye? what hisui was to the raikage?.. also within the world there few who know he's (danzo) underground relationships with such as orochimaru or hanzo... and if nagato would've seen the story abit differently he could've kill danzo himself... for a personal matter which still make nagato a murderer in my eyes... and its hard to judge one for being dictator (i mean its still a free world.. a polotician who move taward dictatorship and yet become the ruller over a place rulled by democracy or even fake democracy is impressive) we can't judge dictetors for just being dictetors.. or else we could've replace alot of our world countries heads (alot in africa, russia, n.korea, china.. ect)

The way they introduced Samurai was extremely disappointing, Samurais shouldn't be fodders to Shinobi in terms of sword fighting skills. You could argue that Sasuke is a genius + he has the Sharingan but how long has Sasuke trained in wielding a sword? 2-3 years max under Orochimaru. Samurais trained their whole life in swordsmanship, they are masters swordsmen (they should be). I would've let it slide if Sasuke was pushed to use actual Ninjutsu on those Samurais to defeat them (aside from his chidori blade)

Because he's the only character that's always fighting characters levels above his own, he's like 16 fighting adults in their prime. Which reflects on the realism of his character, he always fights the hardest opponents because of the path that was forced on him, he doesn't care how strong they are because he's blinded by trauma, hatred and confidence in his own ability, he's basically a seinen character in a shonen.
