I don’t understand why when women go through a rough or low part of their life their first instinct is to devalue themselves even more or go out and have “fun” then call it a “mistake”. Exactly. There are women who will fuck a dude because they were feeling stressed or traumatized in some way because they think it will make them feel better. I've known women who fucked strangers and then felt way worse afterwards because they felt used. Well, you let yourself be used. But from what I've learned, trauma makes people do stupid things. Often times it makes them look for relief in the worst self destructive ways. I met a woman I fell for really hard, more than anyone else I've met, but unfortunately her past was disgusting. She had cheated on her husband multiple times with strangers because she felt lonely. And while dating me, I learned that she fucked another dude while telling me she was recovering from a car accident. Some people are broken. I can only talk about women because that's who I date so please don't take this as me shitting on women only.

I think men have a right to be disgusted about it. As a woman who slept around I totally understand why it would bother someone. I was broken up with many times over it. I am bipolar type 1. I've learned to control it. I was ages 15-20 when majority of it happened. Like 80% of my promiscuous behavior happened then. I'm 32 now, been married 6 years together 7 with my husband who slept around just as bad, if not worse than me. We have both been faithful. I regret my actions. I have a serious disorder though, it's not who I truly am. I still feel bad about it and would change it. If I wasn't bipolar it would not have happened. I hate living with the shame of it. But life is full of regrets. I know I'm better now but it stays with me sometimes.

The connection that I have with my new girlfriend is deep in almost everything. Liked and subscribed. Thank you so much for the videos. Echoing everyone else's sentiments it helps immensly. In a weird way it was reassuring to hear you talk about how severely this affected you. I would cut myself and self harm almost daily due to these thoughts and exploring them, and I had access to an old group chat with my girlfriend and I and some friends before we were together where she would talk about her sexual encounters. We didn't have feelings for each other at the time so she wrote in great detail about the sex she had with some men and having access to that and reading that fueled my thoughts so hard. Since stumbling on your first video I have deleted that chat and have not self harmed in over a week now and counting and have been much better able to control my thoughts and not dive and dig deeper especially since I have deleted the fuel. Your videos have helped me so much and thank you for not making me feel alone, irrational and invalidated in my feelings.

I don't see it as jealousy at all, sluttyness is just a complete turn off that completely kills attraction from me. It's literally just yuck no thanks, nothing more to it, to suggest otherwise is projection. Girls that get around a lot and/or did depraved things demonstrate by their own actions that they do not value them self (or more pertinently, do not value their OWN sexual activity) at all. Sadly people dont care and dont realize how sleeping around will affect the future. Since the sexual revolution in the 60's society still has issues with sex, issues regarding consent, many women talking about stupid sexual decision they regret, divorce rates are high, problems between the sex's have never been so diveded, a generation confused with the implactions of sex on the mind. Its been sixty years of free sex, tho there is nothing free about it, its not harmless and it comes at a cost. Sex is very Phycological and it plays greatly on the mind and emotions, its chemically bonding, its the most symbolic act of intimacy to form a union. So all this to say that Men have reason to feel upset, Jelousy, frustration and dread when it comes to their loved one being shared intimately with some else. There is something about intmacy that is too unifying and almost divine for it to be shared. Some things just have natrual borders and walls that should not be crossed.. This video tries to tear down natrual walls when in fact its normal to feel disgust.

Good advice near the end of the video about working out. Not sure how it helps to deal with a girlfriend's promiscuous past, but it is always good to work out, none the less. However, having a partner who has had a lot of previous sexual partners is a legit concern. Your body is, by instinct, telling you something by the way that you feel horrible. It is saying, "Hold on here. Let's think about this." We can try to teach ourselves to ignore those instincts, but a person's past can tell you a lot about his / her character now. It is best to address those feelings and concerns, rather than to simply ignore them, in my opinion.
