8:18 Even in the first movie they hinted so early that the spider that bit miles was from another dimension. I'm only now realizing that it was glitching also. The foreshadow between two different movies is crazy. 8:50 Here it shows miles future changing from him becoming the prowler, to him becoming Spider-Man with prowler's theme colors to Spider-Mans. Honestly such an amazing film🔥🔥

⁠@@jarvisfowlkes3200miles for 16(20?) still had his uncle as the prowler and Miles looks up to him. Eventually in life I think Uncle would’ve told him who he was and offer to pass down the mantle to him, that’s my theory as too what would’ve happened to miles if he was never bit

Miles is such a sweet likeable kid, you can't not like him 🥺From the get go: him trying to sing Sunflowers, you immediately relate to him and in Across the Spider-Verse, your heart just reached out to him because at this point, you got attached to his character. The writers and animators did such a splendid job bringing him to life!! Miles Morales is definitely my fave Spider-Man

Love this movie, one of if not my favorite superhero movie. Loved how it honored the Spider-Man stories and movies that came before, introduced unfamiliar viewers to the wider aspects of the Spider-Man mythos (Miles and all the different Spider variants), some inside jokes about how crazy the Spider-Man franchise has gotten over the years but in a loving way (i.e., the Spider-Man 3 dance, the viral popsicle photo, the pointing meme), and of course the animation and attention to detail. Basically I see it as one giant love letter to Spider-Man (both the original Peter Parker character and the Spider characters he's inspired over the years) and to superhero comics + movies, and to the fans.

Spider-Verse 🤝 Arcane 🤝 Puss in Boots: The Last Wish Giving us some of the best animations in history! The part with Miles’ dad talking to him at the door really hit home for me. 😢 This is truly one of the greatest Spider-Man films of all time next to Raimi’s Spider-Man 2 & Across the Spider-Verse. My next favorites would probably be No Way Home, followed by Raimi’s Spider-Man 1, Homecoming, then TASM1. 🕷️🕸️
