Not side dishes, dude. they are main dishes served Asian family style with protein (meat and/or seafood), veggies, soup, etc. to be shared, balanced and healthy. there appears to be sautéed watercress or other type of greens with minced garlic and red chili; pork ribs stew with carrots, potatoes and taro; and braised tofu puffs in a tomato base-fish-garlic sauce. Very nice meal.

Suggestion: It would be better if you put in the title if it's a cooking video or a vlog-type of video so people would not react negatively. People who are reacting negatively are those who subscribed for the cooking and food reviews type of content. Recently, you have been uploading vlog-type videos, such as this video and your dates with your girlfriend, her family etc., and your subscribers react negatively because they are not used to that kind of content in your channel.
