Just so everyone’s clear. This is R/Stories, a subreddit made specifically to tell creative stories. The story is a creative story. Nobody needs to clutch their pearls and milk sacks and scream “FaKe, NeVeR hApPeNeD, CoOl FaKe StOrY BrO, or Ai StOrY. It’s known that this is fake, it’s literally marked as fiction. Good story is good when they acknowledge it’s a fake story. Not to mention, OPs Reddit name has a tag next to it labeled “Compulsive Liar”. Sooooo.

True but it's obvious he isn't in the sound of mind, however, he had enough mercy in him to spare the baby. You have to understand, he tried to kill himself. The first one was 4 hours and the second was for 8 years, they pushed him to the nuclear option when they did it first. His life was destroyed, even when the truth came out what difference would that make? Even if you take away the money and face of the "good" family, how does that give him back his Time in isolation and pain? He didn't gain anything but the ability and mindset to kill. That's what happens to those that CAN'T move forward when it means facing years of trying to trust when it's incapable of starting or a chance for this to happen again except this time not a family member. You can't possibly believe in suing them for everything they got would bring back his Time and the future he was wrongly robbed of over a TEENAGER shifting blame to HER BROTHER, her family.

Many here believe he should have taken legal action. Put himself through more betrayal. That's a long process with no guarantees. Just to sit and listen to the sister lie again. Waste of time when your life is broken. Don't trust anyone. Always destined to be alone. Can't get the years back or the possibilities that OP should have experienced. Money means nothing after that much betrayal. I'm simply surprised he didn't take his own life right there in front of his sister. That would be some messed up shit to put in one person's head.

"L bozo + ratio girlfriend should be next" - why? They may be shitty friend/girlfriend, but see their point of view. A guy who know for year or two is accused from his family (extended family also) for SA his sister. Because he is little introvert, there is nobody who can speak for him. Also if you support such guy, you can be dragged with him. There are individuals that will support OP, but the risk if too great and they need to be 100% committed. What they have done is to protect themself, even if they believe that SA accusation is false.
