Oops, just got my Google Ads account suspended!! They're so vague you're left wondering what could possibly have caused it. Google (yeah, you're reading this, lol) just send a boilerplate email basically saying you're "dead to them"... Imagine how many have lost businesses and how many have ditched Paid Ads altogether just due to this type of confusing, incomplete, broad, vague, unspecific guidelines and emails. Anyway Travis, my suspension was due to the same reason as yours and your video has finally made me understand what I need to fix. Can you imagine any other business on Earth forcing customers to jump through so many hoops? What if McDonalds made you play an ambiguous guessing game and their menu looked as complicated as a Tokyo metro? Google Ads gets away with this in my opinion because of their near-monopoly on the online ads market. Hopefully ChatGPT will soon offer honest advertisers a simple and smarter and more beneficial experience for all. Google managers should be required to create several types of Google ads without rejection or account suspension as a requirement of continued employment. That would improve their confusing system fast.

Travis could I get your insight on this? I made my ad account last year, spent $369.83 to drive traffic to one of my KZbin videos, and then after 20 days my account was suspended due to "suspicious payment activity." I only had 1 campaign driving traffic to the KZbin video, not even my website. The only thing that I can think of that happened was I lost my debit card at that time (which was my ad account payment method) and I cancelled the card to get a new one. I'm assuming Google tried to charge the dead card but it didn't go through so is that the reason I get suspended? My payment page says I have "no upcoming payments" yet my current balance in September is $6.29. And when I go to pay it, it says I don't have permission, yet I'm the only admin on the ad account. I already submitted 2 appeals right when i got suspended last year, and then one more yesterday because I don't know, thought I'd get different results? I just found this video of yours.
