Wheel bearing failures are very rare (non-hollow bore motors). Too bad about your difficulties

Sherman is fast and easy to repair. You can change it all in couple hours, one day job definitely, pleasure to work on this machine... Don't waste time even with new motor on the way ;) Adam! Know the feeling. I was tinkering with my Gotway MS-V3 and I caused a static pop on the board. They don't make control boards for the V3 anymore....so I have an $1100 paper weight now (unless there are other boards that are compatible with V3...or a computer shop could fix it).

can you make a tutorial on waterproofing the Sherman? Specifically accessing the bearings to apply marine grease to them, and sealing the motor?

I spent the whole Christmas holiday without a wheel. It was horrible and I was miserable and went through withdrawal. Now I have 2 wheels again and all is well. Hope you get your rides fixed soon.

I’ve learned that winter riding isn’t a thing for the RS 19 as my bearings are shot as well. Gotta wait for the streets to clear up or else it can be costly. Now I’m looking into a second wheel so when ones down for repair I still have the other.

Bent my rim on 22 psi. And cracked it. Got a extra rim/motor. Will work on replacing bent rim. Good to have two motors.

rim looks very repairable, esp. since aluminum. I saw a semi do the same with a boulder in road the size of a basketball, but he had a steel wheel and was destroyed.

Fix the rim with a selection of hammers there is not even a need to take it apart. Did it once on my ks16

My Sherman voice is almost the same as yours. The dealer told me it didn't affect me. But I don't think it's as easy to ride as before. Maybe it's psychological. I've thought about changing the motor for a while. new motor has wider Wheel hub. if you have any new information about your Sherman Please let me know. Have a good ride~~ ：） --From China

Same thing happened that happened to your sherman to my tesla v2 and unfortunately I don't have another wheel to go to. So for now gonna just keep riding with the crapped out bearing smdh.

Problem with the snow and cold is condensation. One of my car wheel bearings went bad after driving in the snow.

I'm now ready to buy a EUC but wanted to ask for your opinion first, should I wait for some new wheel you know is coming out soon or buy my first choice Sherman or second Monster Pro taking into consideration I still have to buy wheel accessories(spike pedals / power pads) and safety gear. It’s never a good time to buy a wheel because new ones come out so often :D I think the Sherman is the better all rounder but with that said I don’t try the monster Pro yet. I hope you ll enjoy your new wheel! Any wheel is great :)

Did the rim break or bend? I got a dent in the rim on my V11, I laid it on it's side, let the air out of the tire,, put a 2x4 under the rim, protected it with cardboard and beat it back into shape with a 3 lb sledgehammer. No trouble

My V10 rim is bent I did wonder if I would damage something in the motor by hitting the rim so hard with a hammer!.. so was going to let somebody repair it who had a bit more knowledge! 😊

EUC Chronicles installed a 2.5 inch tire on his Tesla and loves it. I was surprised it fit without modification. I've ordered a 2.5 for mine. What's your thoughts?

Im thinking of doing the same im just worried ill be in the same boat as Chooch- he was riding through mud and his wheel got so caked that it blew the motor & control board. Just cuz there isnt a lot of clearance with that 2.4" tire on the Tesla

Leaperkim will send you whole new motor instead of just replacing the bearings? Like you can get pair of top quality Japan made bearings for ~1/30 of whole motor cost. And these bearings will last much longer and have much better water sealing than cheap chinese bearings from the wheel factory.

@@steveo6034 dude really? Rion? Those dudes know quality and innovation! An EUC from them would probably shame the unimaginative asian manufacturers. The Chinese know how to make things cheaper but they're just not that creative. I always thought someone like Korean or Japanese should get into it since the liabilities in America would probably be too insane for a new startup euc company

hey WRONG WAY nice vieos in your channel im try to get into the EUC wold but i cant decide wich wheel buy i saw a tons of video include your but my concer is and 6"1 100KG i now i have to opting for 2000w motor i was cheking the Kingsong 16XS or Gotway Tesla V2 because de kingsong 16x is out of my budget live in NYC i know i a loy pothole and bump everywhere including in bike lines son kingsong 16XS 777WAH 2000W motor or Gotway Tesla 16'' v2 1020Wh/2000W Motor lokiing for range and confor to ride i know 16xs tire is better but is half o battery whit my weigth 32mph range have to be less im confused :S

I would get a used GotWay MSX. The Tesla might have a too narrow tire for you and the 16XS a too small battery

@@nelsonabreuu MSP pro that was my first wheel and I like it but not love it. Expose speakers that a mistake as fuck. No water proof that's another thing. But what is important the most is feeling of the wheel. Power and distance is basically perfect for a weight and price. You can get for about 1400 pounds and still have a 2 years of Warranty and something which doesnt have a problems like bearings or other shit issue. Think about future because always is easy to spend quite a lot of money but what next ? sending fixing ?

True, the pl/cs made bearings are a far more reliable, not so cheap though. It is not so hard to change them. Only paint-burner is needed.

Honestly, I really like your character and style of your videos but... when can we see some variety from your channel? About stuff people actually want to buy? Like M365 Pro2, or M365 Lite? Show us Cyklonebike for the 50th time for all I care. It's almost 100% about EUCs now, don't get me wrong, ride whatever you want, but I started following you for content about PEV's, not EUC's.
