Boil 4 large potatoes until tender.
Boil 2 chicken eggs until cooked.
500 g minced meat, salt, black pepper, a mixture of Italian herbs.

Looks good. Hello from Canada. If you want to try something similar I suggest chillies and fried shallots and garlic and pan frying it with the meat in lard or peanut oil. Preseason the meat at least an hour before with fish sauce or Colatura di Alici, cumin, black pepper, basil.
