A girlie here with dark fine hair that goes to my upper thighs. Twice a week I wash my hair and do a hair mask / scalp treatment. The innate life rosemary scalp treatment or the Fable and Mane scalp treatment and really any moisturizing hair mask. Leave that on for about 4 hours or so. Then I shampoo with the mielle rosemary shampoo. Then I shampoo and condition with Fable and Mane shampoo and conditioner. I let my hair air dry most of the time. Then I brush it out using either the Fable and mane leave in or shea moisture coconut leave in. After my hair is dry I use the Fable and mane shine oil. My hair is so healthy and long even my hair dresser asks me what I use.
