Dionne do you have natural hair? Because if you do I'm sure you'd know that when hair is kinky at the roots and then straight at the ends like hers that is a sign of heat damage. Hence why she's transitioning, what do you think she's transitioning from? If they were loose curls they'd be loose from root to end. She says in the video that she has straight pieces and they are from damage. You don't need to jump to her defense so blindly when all you need to do is listen to her say it. No ones insulting her, heat damage is common it happens and it's just hair.

I've been watching your videos the past couple of weeks and thinking "oh my god her hair is so perfect , I wish my hair looked like that" bc I recently cut some heat damage out my hair & I've been feeling kind of self conscious about the lost length , but now that I see this video and you talk about how your hair was damaged and you've been trying to get it to revert back , I feel comforted in a sense . You must have low porosity hair. I have high porosity 4c hair and it dries in less than 2 hours.

I think when they flat ironed your heir they had the heat up way to high because different heats vary for different curl types I think if they did it at a low heat ur hair would have been fine but love u and ur gorgeous hair ❤️❤️

I use different types of hair clay NOT often its often drying to my hair. I switch to co-wash and i always deep condition when ever i wash. I use shampoo when i need more cleanser then deep condition. I rarely use a regular conditioner unless im doing henna for extra moisture and/or protein treatment (any level) yeah its bone st8 think aborigine st8 hair (My fam haur texure lots going on in the bloodline) idk. 1. It's just always in need of moisture no matter how much it gets! 2. Keeping those distinct textures to play nice=no tangles! 3. My haur is very high maintenance only problem is I'm not.
