Your grand dad does not look 90! Wishing him many more healthy and happy years. I'm impressed with your Hakka, I can only understand but cannot speak it. I grew up listening to my parents speak both Cantonese and Hakka but somehow Cantonese took over.

I love the beautiful cake that your Aunt made. It’s so beautiful and the peaches look so real! She’s so talented. Your Hakka is so good! I wish I can speak like that. My mandarin & Cantonese are better than my Hakka. But I understood everything you said in Hakka. Plus we have the same last name, Luo! Our Hakka is a bit different. 90 years old, we would say, “cute sip say instead of cute sip soy.” :-)

You guys are so awesome! And saang jat faai lok to your gong gong! I am not a native Cantonese speaker nor have any Chinese ancestry for that matter(I am of Korean ancestry)but I have been learning Cantonese and Mandarin to teach my young daughter. Lately I have become interested in the Hakka language bc my wife’s family are originally Hakka but they immigrated to Hong Kong so they only speak Cantonese. I noticed that Hakka sometimes sounds like a combo of Canto and Mando ie. When you say Hao(Mando) leng(Canto). Anycase, I always enjoy watching videos of you and your family. Ngo hei mong lei dei san tai gin hong!

Congratulations to your Grand Dad, your Hakka are pretty fluent, but how come your Dad speak Cantonese ? Didn't your Grand parents raised your Dad under the same roof ? He should try to speak Hakka, as this is showing the culture of Hakkas !

Thank you!💖 My Dad likes to speak Canto, Hakka & English in the videos. My Dad’s Mum is Latino Spanish and Dad’s Dad is Chinese, really impressive that my Dad can speak all these languages, and not just Hakka! My Grandparents in this video is from my Mums side and are fully Hakka 🥰
