"the trick" doesn't get you the best pale AOE weapon in the game. You HAVE to fight White Night to get it

@@su4682 If White Night breaches, you have the option to use One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds to instantly end it. You don't get any rewards for it though.

Meerly a passing project moon sleeper agent, but I must congratulate you on felling the angel itself. Honestly whitenigts infamy wasa big part of why i originally got the game, leading to me starting half mad quest to kill it on my first run. While the creature may be an annoyance one cannot deny the fun in overcoming it! Also your story telling format of your put this in is quite entertaining, and has intrigued me on checking out more of you stuff! How did you lose all the stuff? Restarting the day should have kept your stuff, especially after binah suppression which should keep stuff after employee death regardless.

I think it's cuz he bad ended on day 47. During the final week, when facing the final test, all core suppression perks are disabled... Including binahs "keep your equipment from dead employees" perk.

@@WomanSlayer69420 it wasn't a reset, it was a bad end cuz you failed the day. On the final week, if you fail the day in a state where you can't pause the game, the day progresses. It's why day 49 scares the hell out of everyone, cuz hokma punishes you for trying to pause

@@dyingstar24 Oh. That’s why. Well is it possible to just get 1 employee and fail the day on purpose by breaking whitenight out to skip it? (Also I assume the reason why the gear wasn’t kept was because he didn’t do the binah suppression as nowhere I read suggested that it removes the perks too, otherwise the employees would have their base stats capped at 100 and wouldn’t be able to have extra copies of aleph gear.)

While it’s kind of late, I would advise you don’t use weapons that deal any amount of White damage. White night heals A LOT from white damage, and weapons like Twilight and In the Name of Love and Hate will only net heal him

Twilight was there to help take down the Apostles. You'll notice I did my best to get the Twilight employee out of the room once the Guardian Apostles were down. Also, if the Lamp and Exuviae effects are up, the healing is basically negligible. (Also, I have 100% completed the game, so I think you're a little more than "kind of late")
