My HDR.68 has gone wild

when i used those rounds they disinagrate upon leaving the barrel, i too got crazy numbers as well just like you - what happens is the projectile disinagrates - the weight comes out of the projectile and the plastic is what is making the number, it happened to me 5x or more, ill send you a p/m make sure you use a drip or 2 of t4e oil down the hatch b4 plinking mate - thank you for your humor and great personality much luv from southside of chicago

@Maddogairguns hey bud thank you for your great videos, subbed ! Im sure you've already answered this.... but on the HDR50, what would you consider to be the best single upgrade ? People seem to really push the power valve / pin upgrade kit... what do you think ?

Removing the Valve block and drilling the disc in the handle, would be my first mods. Although the 7.5joule version doesn't have the disc, which is why people likely go on about the power valve and pin kit, as that comes with the disc.

Hi ,so it's better just to remove the valve without changing to the 1.5mm and and the extension barrel without modifying too much the HDR 68.I lol have it delivered in the next few days.Thanks again!

I had the same chrono. Modified the Hdx68 of a friend, he shot one time, chrono is dead now. Tzzzzzz.

The reason for the big number is beacuse your projectile shattered and only half the projectile got read by the chrono and the other half the projectile is at around 3grams so big number with a 3 gram bullet is not more than 25 Joules look at your numbers before the big number all of them where at 26 Joules I have been working with theese markers for over than 8 years now sorry to say you are wrong

Normally I would agree with what you said. Only one shattered and went through in bits, and that was the shot that registered 75 joules, two shots after the 102. I will try again with different ammo, once I ave fixed my chrono.
