Have been waiting for you to get to this one! 😂 The rest of the Renegades have filled you in on most of the details, including the shout out to reactors. Your face is hilarious as you catch line after line. Brilliant, genuine reaction. 🫶🫶🫶

✌️❤️ Some people listen to Ren's music, but few truly hear the message. I appreciate that you understand the depth and intention behind his Art. Your authenticity shines through, and it’s clear you genuinely connect with the powerful messages he shares. Yes he is an amazing artist, but what he says is far greater❤

Breaking Atoms from Wikipedia: The album has been widely regarded by writers and music critics as a significantly influential album and has been noted for debuting rapper Nas, who appears on the track "Live at the Barbeque". His contribution to the song was sampled on "The Genesis", the intro track to his debut album Illmatic (1994). Breaking Atoms has been recognized as one of the most important records in hip hop history.

i was glad you caught so much, i've seen too many that missed it all, but i think you'll apreciate one you did miss, "like rats to the music and i'm feeding them pie, that's pie rats.." he's also bringing up the Pied Piper. And yes, he also referenced "little boy" in his most recent release.

Ren is siiiiiick 🔥 And this was the first ad for that sick boi sweatshirt though he kept us waiting ages after this for the launch 😂 Seriously though, Ren showing love for music he loves with his ReNtakes is yet another reason to love him. Somehow he manages to be humble and show respect for other artists while spitting braggadocios bars 😅 Not quite sure how that’s even possible, but hey it’s Ren doing Ren things 🤣

your reactions are so rewarding - you have your surprised face which is great but at the same time you catch so many of the bars. Then when you roll back you are doing it to give your view on the meaning. Most reactors have to roll back multiple times just to hear what he said and it sometimes gets a bit tedious watching them. Never had that feeling with your reactions. Keep up the brilliant work. 👍👍👍

Thanks for your reaction man 👍❤ Yes this one is full of references. Lots have already been mentioned by others. Here are some more: Ren's retake has some references, not only to Mike Tyson and the rappers Notorious B.I.G. (r.i.p. Big), Mac Miller (r.i.p. Mac), 2pac (r.i.p. pac) and Lil Peep (r.i.p. peep). - 'R.I.P Mac' is not only a reference to Mac Miller, it's also a hint to the song 'Mackay' which he released after this one. - "I'm the waviest guy" refers to Nas' former nickname 'Kid Wave'. - You noticed the Nas reference "sleep is the cousin of death". It's also a reference to 'Sing About Me, I'm Dying of Thirst' by 'Kendrick Lamar', another rapper Ren loves. - Also, the "China without rice, Bible without Christ" was homage to The Big Picture album by Big L (from the intro). - That the traffic light just reached zero when he stops (He said it was coincidence).

He said: “Rap without Ren is like a skull without a brain, dude, Or like a feminist with no one to complain to…” they censored it of course. This was released on Pi day and is exactly half the length of Nas’s half time. Did you notice the musical changes? Drum roll at the beginning and the guitar riffs and licks on the beat throughout?

There are so many layers to Ren's lyrics, but one that I don't see people getting is that when he says "When pressure makes a rhyming diamond, this was by design, ya know an isotope, a proton and a neutron in the nucleus And split an atom in a fraction, a reaction supersize..." he's also saying that the pressure makes him write his songs that then produce these big reactions, like yours, bro. Ren has always been very grateful to his reactors.

Do we need to get you a heart rate monitor? I was worried for a second. How does it feel to be on the same wavelength as the greatest artist of our time? I suggested you look at this at the same time as Bittersweet Symphony. Both one shot. Both Ren walking along a street. Both have him crossing a street. Both have him stopping with his hands folded. And the same length (give or take a few seconds). It's a different level of genius.

Not only WTF… it’s even more so when you realize it was released on 3/14 - Pi Day! And.. as always.. it was a one take!. Also, if you look back and pause when he stops after crossing the street.. you can see that the ‘walk/wait’ sign is at 0. He said in one of his videos that they didn’t plan that.. it was just a coincidence!! So yes… WTF!!

Yes, he used the "F" word, but not the one you think. He blanked out "Feminist" The list of descriptions of China without rice, Vindaloo without spice, the Bible without Christ etc.... come from the comment section of Halftime on Nas' channel.

Ren spent 1/2 the time on Halftime and yet spouted almost as many words as NAS. Ren 2x the words as Nas in 1/2 the time.....the censored word is "feminist" - Pirate section is a nod to Nas' "Kid Wave" persona when he started. so Yeah... Ren

The renegades went to the mats to find out the answer, and astonishingly, it was WAY down on the comments of the original Nas track. Someone wrote, "What is hiphop without Nas?" and there were over a hundred replies and 4 of them in a row, which Ren MUST HAVE read, said, @aileraguilar3976 Hockey without ice @mezzlobeefaroni7761 China without rice @aileraguilar3976 The bible without christ and then several lines down, "A feminist with no one to complain to." Ren decided his mom and sister wouldn't appreciate the line, and blurred it.
