YOU GUYS!!! not sure if anyone's told you this yet, but Aizawa actually picked out some colorful cat-themed clothes for Eri to wear to the school festival. but they were so ugly that the nurses in the hospital didn't let her wear them and gave her some new clothes. Horikoshi drew what the clothes looked like in Eri's profile in the manga (and they actually were pretty hideous ngl) but in the anime it was only shown briefly in the intro. Aizawa was even holding it with his back turned to the audience. idk I feel like he's sulking because everyone called it ugly, and we all know Aizawa has a cat obsession lol

gentle said that he is doing this because the hero society have been acting cowardly ever since All might retired after the all for one arc. It is a warning s heroes realize hey have to be more on guard and less cowardly because a villain snuck in again. What he doesn't realize though is what yall said about how that would ruin the festival since the police aren't with the drama U.A has been in recently.

My guess is that this season ends with the new hero rankings, with a post-credit scene for what's going to happen next. So it "kinda" makes sense to have those references since we'll technically get a glimpse of those characters in this season. What I don't get is Toga's picture, I mean we always knew she was a high school student before becoming a villain, but why put it there?
