Nomu is made of humans, modified to withstand several Quirks at once, and you already know from season two that All For One can take quirks and keep it or pass it on, blood is for something else...

The reason why Toga liked Deku was because she saw how hurt he was. She just was talking about how much she liked blood so she has some kind of fetish.

She has a similar condition to Renfield’s Syndrome-named after the human servant of the eponymous count in Bram Stoker’s Dracula, it’s an obsession with drinking blood. Typically subsumed schizophrenia and Paraphilia, it’s the most common form of “clinical vampirism,” and Toga’s variation is a result of her quirk and the instincts born thereof. I’m not going to say anything else because of potential spoilers.

They are modify so they can HANDLE multiple quirks, remember that one for all is the only quirk that is able to pass on to someone else besides the normal family quirk inheritance.

twice (deadpool) is awesome you will learn to love him. And he is similar to dead pool for sure. same kinda costume, and has multiple personalities (kinda) but his powers are way different. Togas quirk is a big(ish) reveal, so hopefully no one spoils it.

Eraserhead's quirk isn't all powerful. Even when quirks are involved there are some things it just won't work on. For example when he used it on the Dabi clone it didn't melt, it just couldn't use it's fire anymore. It also won't do anything to Tsuyu or Ojiro. While it could prevent Shoto from creating ice it won't do anything to the ice once it's created.

Just like Yuno from Mirai Nikki (Future's Diary) Both are annoying, bland and don't bring anything to the table. The only good thing I can say that is good about her is her actual skill & quirk.
