Ber help me regarding Alloces Mage It said that Solar Flame Stack accumulated by 1 stack each 2 second when you have 45% CD reduction limit (base CDR limit) and gain 1 stack each 1 second when you have 75% CDR limit. How do you get 75% CDR limit other than using useless Talent Observer 3 that give you 30% CD Reduction and CDR limit when using Soul Power Burst only for 3 second? Is there a way to get 75% CDR limit and maintain it? It feels like something is wrong with Alloces Mage build

45% cdr are enough and ye talent will give you 30% cdr when using soul burst, u dont need to maintain it

@berut0 but you can only use Soul Burst every 30 second, waiting that long for only 3 second buff feels worthless considering Observer cost 5 slot in Talent

@@berut0 but if you look at Dev's plan.. to synchronize the global version with China it shouldn't take long.. maybe 1 month or 2 months.. the same as the case with Vevar and aloches.. which is just different a month..And my question is, does each job have its own stat for the Warrior which requires 14K defff and what is its function? The problem is, to find that kind of stat, you have to reshuffle most of the stat cards I have atk 😭
