Ber. I'm confused with Vepar Mage rune. It said that it increase Damage Reduction by 8% and scaled from Water Damage Bonus how does it even work as 8% only way to small I'm in progress of making Purson Mage months ago and have 334% Wood Damage Bonus that I don't know from where but it seems related to Wood Energy Does Damage Reduction for Vepar Mage work like (8 x (384 with Condensation)%) = 30.72 % Damage Reduction?
