With regards to cuts on tyres, check out black cyanoacrylate (ensure the black one to match tyres). It is a black superglue with rubber in it and fills cuts in tyre just beautiful. I use it often to fill small holes and knicks in the tyres. Goes perfect with the tubeless, but will help all tyres. About £10 to £15 a bottle, but you get loads

Good looking bar tape there, but your next cycling purchase should be water wings and a snorkel judging by that road at the start! Great news about the blood pressure! Hopefully you can manage it without resorting to artificial methods. I think you're probably more prone to punctures round your way than a lot of us, as you're probably in a flinty area. Lots of little sharp stones getting washed off the fields and into the roads by all that rain. Good stuff James! 👍

Better late than never Nice to here yours is heading in the right direction Going on about blood pressure Ive supposedly got to keep taking blood pressure tablets Anyway I'm sure these bloody thing are making get weaker and joints ache So i stopped um for a week anyway on with the pressure monitor had to do it a couple of times sure enough 190/106 Misses said get back on those tables I reckon shes thing about my life policies don't think there worth very much 😅

My meeting didn’t go so well with the nurse. She wants me on the lot, but refused, said to give me more time, will see how things are in a couple of weeks and go from there. Side effects are what worry me too. Cheer again for dropping by buddy 😊👍

Cheers buddy. I run the Pirelli P-Zero Road with the TPU’s. I’m not sure if it’s the tyre/TPU combo as well as the Cosmics, but just love the rolling, they seem to hold their speed very well. Check this video out kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWjCfGeIpsarrqcsi=ber5emAvIsE_GZNs 😊👍

Hi James, sorry mate. Haven't watched that vid of yours yet so didn't know about you high BP. Best to get the BP down by whichever means, as you know I take the drugs and have for years............only the mild one mind, just Ramipril. Hope your feet stayed dry.....
