Just wanted the world to know, highlander chain heavies are only 100ms slower than a light attack. Same speed as zhan hu unblockably light or gladiator toe stab. Do 29 damage (or 35 with winners advantage tier 2) have hyperarmor 100ms into the attack and can be feinted. On a controller you can flicker the animation to appear different than the indicator. Highlander is so broken and i only brought up ONE of his broken moves
