I remember making my first homemade vr with the classic cardboard headset and ps3 hand things, and even tho it sucked, i still in LOVE with it specially because i was 13 and just got my first actual vr headset this year with 17 years saving money because i couldn't work, anyway great video

ngl i kinda forget that the quest 3 and 2 dont have interchangable straps (although an unreleased/cancelled product from a company i cant name for legal reasons DOES fit due to the way it attaches to the headset) as i bought my original quest 2 elite strap and by the Q3's release i had like 2 companies constantly emailing me, most egregious problem ive had with quests is they refuse to bring in Display Port over USB like the Pico 3 neo had, that would be game changing, actually i changed my mind, the most annoying thing is the aux port being where it is means modmic placement is impossible if you want to use headphones

Yes i was originally gonna touch on this, having ONE aux port means you cannot combine two seperate mic and headphones for a peak combo, i wish they kept the design of the quest 1 with upgraded internals lol

i had a battery strap for the quest 2 that had 4 magnetic swappable batteries and 3d printed my own quest2 to quest 3 addapter that failed and broke like 14 times +

A tip for your future videos, honestly use your iPhone (around 12 and up) for your microphone since it does sound a bit cheap. You should also add more sound effects and zooms with your editing to keep people engaged. Only if you want to though

Just got a quest 2 for 47 dollars , left controller doesn’t work which was real bummer for something I’ve beeen waiting for years for , as a hard google carboard user, I suppose I shouldn’t complain for the price but these controllers aren’t cheap so that’ll probably take a sec to get 💀 , anyway good video
