After using this injector idea I have found there is one problem. The brass fitting sticks into the mold too far and causes air bubbles. I have made some good senkos too, but it isn't consistent. When I pull the injector out, the mold is not quite full because of this, and pouring more in doesn't help. Like I said it's hit or miss. Solution would be to add a flare fitting to it that seals the bigger opening of the mold, usually 5/8 inch. Even a washer affixed to the end might help. I bought a 4 senko mold and got a Do-it injector with it. $50 but it will work a lot better. If people do make this injector, I ended up epoxying the fitting to the end of the injector, as I couldn't find a fitting that crewed in properly. Mine went in about 1/2 a turn, then I used epoxy, which works great. Give it a try. Worse that can happen is you'll end up with a meat injector :)

Thinking about giving plastic making a shot, thank you so much for this video! Is the size of the adapter 1/8 inside dia? I saw another DIY that required way too many parts for me. Your idea looks doable. Do you have a link for the meat injector? I'm searching Amazon and can't find that exact one. Maybe one of the others will work. Edit: They all look pretty much the same on Amazon so just searching for the cheapest one. May try a 4 oz. Thanks again!

Pretty sure the coupler is for a 1/8th line. The whole seems a little bigger to me. I'll look for the Amazon link. Thanks!

Found it, can't seem to link from the app on my phone. It's called Expert Grill. It also went up in price to $15!

@@serzyoutdoors I'll try Home Depot. I ordered a similar injector a few hours ago, one senko mold, quart of platisol and some color. I'll get some glitter too. Cool. I see some cheaper couplers on Amazon but I'll try to get locally, or in my garage haha.

Found some for $2.50 at Home Depot, 1/8 inch anyways. Thanks again
