Awesome work. That paintwork tied together the look of the car. And the best part is you won’t be upset using it in the desert since it isn’t the straight and perfectly painted car, if it was you’d never want to take it out and enjoy it. This way it’s good looking and you can still enjoy it

Paint is rad! Reminds me of Japanese Kintsugi or wabi sabi. Kintsugi is where they repair cracks and chips with a gold mixture. Wabi sabi is basically the acceptance of transience and imperfection. Can't wait to see this thing rip!

I finished my car today finally, I got it 4 years ago and it was an unloved little thing, a 1997 Toyota corolla hatchback, the shocks were utterly destroyed the paint was bad there's was rust and all kinds of stuff, after 4 years, a lot of money sunk into it (still cheap but yeah) and a lot of hands it's finally done and it's final hurdle is its roadworthy inspection and rego.....hopefully, if it doesn't pass ima burn it to ground, but thanks to you and others ive had the motivation to keep going and finish it thanks Criag

Dude awesome idea I love the black and gold. My truck is black with gold accents and red metal flake every where. ( dosent have all the orange any more )like the pic. And has 4 inch cowl hood now with 3inch exhaust and side exit boom tubes it was a nightmare to get it all welded In there.. the bug is sick love the Baja's super cool and different

Had a 3l v6 vetch like that in an accord I bought for 300 dollars had over 200k on it and it was a very clean motor inside the only thing you could see was the inside of the valve covers had yellowing from where the oil was hitting but other then that it was very clean inside Hondas are definitely the best most reliable motors
