This video actually takes longer to watch than it took for me to buy my corvette from them. Easiest way to buy a car from a dealer. Bought my wife a new camery from our local dealer. Got there at 10 am and was finally driving it home at 9:00 at night. It literally took me 15 min start to finish and the dealer apt took less than 30 min. Love them.

I got a co-worker who bought a car from Carvana for years ago. Other than the usual regular maintenance, tire and brake replacement, he's had no issues with his Chevy Cruz. From his experience he also said it was a easy process. Much better than going to a dealership.

Thank you for your interview! Hopefully it all goes well. My husband and I just bought a 2022 Honda HR-V Sport with no down payment and only $290 for delivery! Our experience has been very amazing! A few things we will like to let people know if you are a customer from California. When you buy a car and if you have Progessive Insurance the Carvanna fine print says you have to wait 14 days until car insurance is considered insured. My husband and I have progressive so we have to choose 14 day later delivery so we won't encounter problems. Othere than that we are very happy. If you are looking to buy a car right now in 2023, Carvana has lots of cars with no down-payment. Some even no down-payment and no delivery fee. You can always put that on your search filter. Our monthly payment will $470 a month at a 10% APR. That is very cheap compare to dealerships. We both have good credit yet we where paying 28% in APR with our first dealer car 2013 hyundai sonata hybrid. It stopped working after 2 years! Car dealer never again!

I just purchased a lexus truck 40,000 miles on it took it to DC to shake it loose and truck is tight New tires were put on before delivery. One thing was wrong vehicle did smell of Marijuana carvana offered 100 to get re detailed it cost me 150 to get ozone treatment carvana is getting me my additional 50 bucks Aside from that everything was streamlined efficient. I received my plates and registration less than a week from receiving vehicle. I say give them a shot

I just bought a 2020 Hyundai Veloster n. With only 9k miles and it was just as represented in the photos. Even the (scratches) where easily buffed out. It was even better in person! It was one of the easiest car purchase I have ever had. The registration was smooth and came in FedEx express before the 30 day tag expired. The car was still under warranty and price was very fair. Only $190 for shipping at a vending machine. I even traded a car in and got an extra credit for trading. I would even consider buying from carvana again if they do survive. Hope your experience is a good one as mine was.

Pretty impressive that you had a good experience despite never having gone through the hell of dealing with car salesmen. Have you ever had to go to a sprint store or similar for your smartphone? Had to sit for a few hours after your appointment time, deal with horrible staff, etc? Imagine doing that for a good six hours for a $30k purchase with the whole experience designed to wear you down and get you to agree to pay numerous bullshit fees to add thousands more to the cost. If you've never experienced that and still had a good experience, I feel really good about my appointment to pick up a car later this week from a Carvana machine.

I bought my car in 2019 from Carvana, took me maybe 20 minutes from start to finish. They delivered it to my door. Just over 8,000 on my 2018 Kia Niro hybrid. 50,000 miles later and the car has been flawless. Recently went to a dealership with my friend to buy her car. Got there at 11AM, didn't leave until almost 9PM. My next vehicle will come from Carvana. I'm in Virginia like you, so it's likely that the operation is a cut above those in other states that they've had their license revoked.

The whole requiring insurance before had is actually giving zero reassurance. This is because if you dont get your registration or your car shipping or pickup is delayed then u are still paying for the insurance. And they require you to insure it a few days before you pick it up or they cancel your pickup. A normal dealer lets u insure it after you come in to drive off with the vehicle.

Be careful with with vehicle being a certified pre-owned vehicle. A lot of times third party dealerships, like carvana and carmax, certified pre-owned vehicles are not certified through the original manufacturer. It is a different certification through that dealership and the warranties are very different and may not be supported at a Honda dealership if you need to get work done.

Yup this is what happened to me. 2014 Honda Accord only qualified for 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations. Wear and tear parts, other fluids are out of pocket. I got it at 48k. No problems yet. Consistent payments for a year so far. All the future issues will have to come out of pocket is the thing that pisses me off

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am just about to purchase my car from carvana, financed through them. The price is good and they indicated some light scratches ahead of time that I am ok with. My one gripe is no coupons or discounts or negotiation and I love the back and forth and fight for a better deal. Maybe it’s my disagreeable nature being extroverted and more sales focused in general (watch Dr Peterson’s personality lecture series 2017, it will change your life). I am almost 90 percent there. It’s also a 3 hour drive from me too. My other concern is the plus warranty. In my area there are only a few shops on the silverrock map. A Firestone and a Mr Tire. Obviously you can see where I’m going. What if the car needs more major work under warranty. What do they do then? They told me they offer other free options to waive a deductible but I am just being cautious. The car looks good and has 57k miles. I’m about half through your video so I’ll keep watching. Still debating and thanks for sharing your experience.

In 2022 I tried to trade in my car to Carvana. However, I discovered that the car they sent me was different from the listing. I decided to cancel the transaction and reverse the trade in. They brought my car back without plates. I went and replated my old car. Now I'm trying to sell my car and found out that Carvana still has title to my vehicle a year and a half later. @@yoptifine4778 Yup , so good so far! My delivery slot was 11-2 I got a call at 1:30 but the call wasn’t supposed to be for me. They we’re trying to reach the person who had a drop off before me to tell them it would be better to pick the car up because it was gonna get scratched if they put it on the tow due to how the low the car was (mustang) . I ended up asking them if I could just come pick my car up & I did. Just signed the paper work, inspected my car and left. My car had two scratches on top from the tow (it had to be towed from another state to my city & it was towed using a two level two truck). they quickly put in a work order to get it fixed and the company reached out to me the next day. They’ve already started the registration process so I’m just waiting for my actual license plate as well as my pay off for my trade into & I can take my car to get fixed for the scratches anytime before 10/30

Carvana does have some cars that I do want to have but I personally wouldn’t trust Carvana. I mean, with all the negative reviews that I have read or seen on news, I wouldn’t want to risk myself from buying from Carvana. I wish they let you take a look at the car and test drive it, before making any decision whether to buy it or not. So far so good. Truck was waiting outside when we got there. We were there about 30 minutes. Paperwork was quick and easy in the store. All the staff was great. So far in just over a week i have had no issues with the truck. On inspection i did find some obvious dings that were not disclosed on the online showcase but they are used vehicles and you hand to expect chips in the paint and it works be nearly impossible to document them all. In fact in my opinion i feel they water as honest as they could be in documenting the most obvious of flaws.

Our experience with Carvana was terrible. The delivery time was from 11am-2pm EST. 2pm passes, but we get no call, no notification, nothing. We call to follow up, and were told to wait another hour or so. Carvana would not give us a valid ETA on the late delivery. Calling this unprofessional and lack of customer focus is understatement. We would not recommend buying or selling a car from Carvana.

Sounds like any other “delivery window” experience. Sounds like a minor inconvenience, unless you had somewhere to be at 2:30.

Really? That's what you're going to complain about? The convenience of having it delivered to you in a timely manner like it's doordash food delivery? You are the clueless people that have made the car market what it's turned into. Over paying from meaningless "convenience". You probably complain about how everything's unfair and you're broke, but somehow it's not your fault.

@@jefflayton5889 currently the only issue I have is that the weatherstrip has a tiny leak like a drop of water every 1 or so in the targa top and I’m only saying it’s a problem because I’m getting hit by hurricane Milton right now, but when I got the car it had a gas leak (common in the c6) and had it fixed under warranty which took a while, besides that runs great it’s a noisy valve train since it’s an ls3

Used carvana for my original smart. Just got a 2023 Prius xle off the dealership. Had an awesome experience, yes I did wait 3 months for Toyota to allocate me a car but it was exactly what I wanted.

also, you keep saying "7 full days" but you had to drive 3 hours to get there? Between driving it home and driving it back if you wanted to return it, you had maybe 180 miles to try it out. It's 7 days / 400 miles. For me it's about 70 miles away, so I'll have about 260 miles to try out the car I'm getting.

Got my car delivered on the 18th of December. Came with tags and that went well. Car name late due to weather in the North East. 2010 Subaru forester w 60k. Found some surprises that wasn’t listed on the car. I drove it to a mechanic that CARVANA recommended because of 2 idiot lights. On the way I had a vibration in the steering wheel. Turns out they only slapped a pair of brakes on car and that caused a rotor issue. So tech called CARVANA and got NEW Brakes, NEW rotors and NEW Calipers because they didn’t fully check and repair vehicle . I came out very happy because it was taken care of. CARVANA should have done this in the beginning but the only thing Certified means to me is that it was certified used!! Overall car was as described! I like it but CARVANA needs to address this issues b4 car leaves the lot. Happy w the car. It did come w a couple of minor scratches because it was shown and noted.
