@100moula9 Super Clean G8s Gts and GXPs if there clean will go for more money than a scat. There more of investments hold on to it keep it clean will make way more than a scat in the yrs to come.

G8 GTs and Genesis 5.0 Rspecs are both the best sleeper best bang for buck v8 sedans rn for sure. Also now the E55/ C55 AMG. Obviously everyone has their own taste and opinions; but it’s almost silly to buy a 60k scat when all these cars I listed can be bought for under 15k

I bought my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT brand new in 2009. As 2023 I still have this great car and don't plan to trade it in. In 2019 I added a Magnuson 2300 Supercharger, Stage 3 Cam, Dual Fuel Pumps with Bosch 1050 injectors, DoD delete, Stainless Works headers and exhaust with X pipe, Methanol Injection, Rotofab Cold Air Intake and Dyno Tuned with 12 lbs of boost. It is a beast and makes 715 horsepower. Enjoy that G8!!!

@@6.0Flare the good Folks down at National Speed in Richmond did all the work. I was very pleased. I have a daily driver that is on par with a Dodge Hellcat, Shelby GT500 Mustang, even a C8 Corvette for thousands of dollars less! My G8 has been a very reliable machine! I hope yours will be as well.

I bought my white 2008 G8 GT brand new when they first came out. I added a rotofab cold air intake, kooks mid-length headers, and a corsa catback exhaust to it within the 1st year of owning it. That shit sounded wicked and was fast as hell after the dyno tune was done to it. I've never had a car sound as good as the G8 with those mods.

I wish I still had it. Traded it in for a new 2013 Mustang 5.0 Cal Spec convertible. Don't even have the Mustang anymore. If I knew I'd be moving to FL from Chicago, I would have kept my sporty cars. I had the G8 and a 2011 Camaro SS at the same time back then. @@6.0Flare

Getting a good engine and trans tune really wakes them up. I'd definitely loose the GT badge. Camaro brakes are a good upgrade along with the paddle shifter retrofit.

Deal with the lifters and the rocker arms. All of these cars have engines in them with "flaws" that will take the entire engine with it. I have the 2016 version and its been a pain in the ass. learn from my mistake and save urself 6-10k. rocker arm upgrade kit is 350 ish bux. new liters are 150 and the dod can be tuned off. Good luck.
