For the 2nd part of "My Spiritual Journey", we'll be talking about a deeper, heavier part of my experience.
I believe one massive advantage of living in India is the amount of access one has to all spiritual schools. One such school came into my life while I was in search of answers. My mentor Manish Pandey made me discover one of the most spiritual books namely, "Autobiography Of A Yogi By Paramhansa Yogananda". Being highly inspired by that book, I decided to join its due course. YSS was that Yoga School I found myself connected to. Going deep into the mediations and belief in GOD, I experienced some out-of-life experiences. After those intense experiences, there was no looking back.
Within these 2 episodes of the Spiritual Journey series, I shared some of my life's very personal stories. It gives me great joy that I have finally been able to tell you all about these practices and share my experience with you. I truly hope that this podcast adds value to your life and inspires you to embrace the golden practice of spirituality i.e. meditation. All I would ask of you is to be extremely patient and even more consistent with your efforts. The benefits of it will surely come if you are consistent, the power of these practices lies in DAILY efforts, the keyword here is "Daily".
