Thank you for the honest review. I purchased the drops & used them for an entire month. My scalp became inflamed & I experienced dandruff which I never had before. The drops are a treatment & come in different versions for different scalp types. When I used original, I had problems but when I used the coconut version & pecan oil version my scalp was fine & my hair grew

I feel you on the drops. That's why I recently asked you which formula you received. I had read so many mixed reviews and read about some online companies selling fake formula I became really sceptical. I also read the ingredients and they did not seem to have a carrier oil I thought that's probably why people are having issues with using. I've use straight tea tree oil and peppermint oil without a carrier oil and never had any issues. By you stating the fact that no carrier oil is listed just confirms for me that is probably the issue. And with all that being said I'm still afraid to try. Thank you for your thorough input.

I've been reconsidering using those products. I diluted the drops in castor oil. It works very well that way. Haven't used the shampoo or conditioner yet.

I am a formulator and chiiiile, those are completely different formulations. Don't take their word for it (since the industry is pretty much unregulated). Also, since you have sensitive skin and are ingredient conscious, I would suggest that you cross reference your ingredients against EWG (Environmental Working Group) for more information about irritably, toxicity, safety, etc. Keep it up!

Yes honey I’m starting to pay attention to ingredients to the products I use. A lot of us use products and it doesn’t work for our hair and leave it alone without realizing WHY that mess didn’t work. I had a very itchy sore scalp and I went to see trichologists last year. It was expensive but I saved up the money because the unhealthy scalp was affecting my mental health. They told me not to put any butter, oil or edge control on my scalp. I haven't oiled/greased my scalp in over a year. Now it only starts a mild itch just before wash day. So it would itch Thursday if my wash day was Friday. If I swim every day, it doesn't itch at all. I hope you had advice on your alopecia from a black dermatologist/trichologist. My clinic is run by a black mother-daughter duo. They have very simple hair styles like French rolls and French braids. One has natural hair and one has relaxed hair. They are also registered as Trichologists which is more helpful as dermatologists know about scalp but not hair and cosmetologists study more hair styling but not hair and scalp conditions. I learned a lot from them about products (they do not need more than 10 ingredients), how often to shampoo, how often to moisturise and what styles are least damaging and not to put oils and butters on your scalp.

To add on about the diazolidinyl urea and dmdm hydantoin, those two ingredients (especially diazolidinyl urea) are known to cause dandruff flare ups in people who experience seborrheic dermatitis and/or eczema. I have eczema and used a shampoo with diazolidinyl urea a few years ago and my scalp turned white! It was completely covered with dandruff flakes. So nowadays, I avoid any products that use those ingredients just to be safe since it's easy for my scalp to flare up. I've even found diazolidinyl urea in anti-dandruff shampoos 😒 Thanks for alerting us about those two ingredients Faye! This definitely isn't a product for me.

I bought the reconstructing package a while ago. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair greasy and stringy which is not good for my fine hair. The miracle drops actually work for me but I did have to mix jojoba oil because it is very intense. It helped my hair grow but that shampoo and conditioner is a no for me.

A subscriber of mine uses them and she mixes it with oil and loves it. I’m shipping her these drops so at least it won’t be a waste

Faye I bought those same products the shampoo & conditioner, but in the squeeze tube not the bottles you held up. I did check to see if they had the same ingredients as on the left that they told you were in their new packaging. And they were correct it has changed from the older shipping. The left is the exact same on my squeeze bottle.
