Stay safe and get well soon! Btw, if you still can travel in Russia, I would recommend Elista, Kalmykia. It is a small Buddhist town in a separate republic in Russia. I used to live there nearby and it is such a nice experience since it is so different from Moscow or other Russian cities. The city nearby, Astrakhan, is also very beautiful.
