Hi Steve, I used the Evolution Telescopic drywall sander (230v) from ToolStation 🔥 Also a Henry hoover haha

Great videos, buying a house myself at the moment and will be doing the exact same things! Just to check how much the wall removal was because the sums don’t quite add up on the video? Cheers

Hi Luke, this was a bit of an editing cock up on my part 😬 the wall removal and beam was £2,210 and the bricking up doors and new window was £1,242 so £3,452 in total

Hi @nikolayitev66 I didn’t I paid someone to do this for me. As the dropped kerb/path had to be done by a council approved contractor

Interesting video, can't wait to see progress next week. I hate the spelling police, but I hope I can help you and many others that get this one wrong..... CURb as in Curb your tongue - think of the All Blacks curving their tongue in rugby. KErb is the thing at the end of your driveway and you are KEeping people from parking outside your house. You used Kurb, which was a mix of both. I hope this helps anyone that struggles with the spelling of these two. Everyday a learning day - you teaching us and me with one of those words that does everybody in.
