Dana K. White changed my life forever! I literally threw away a dozen other Decluttering and Organizing books, and only kept her books. Absolutely life changing! Thank you 😊

The vibrato in her voice adds to the poignant lyrics. The way she sings makes me very aware of the story she is telling. Incredibly talented musician.

This was fun to watch both of you! I've watched just about all of Dana's videos and love her bunches! My home doesn't look too bad since the kids left home, but only on the surface. Don't you dare open my drawers or closets. Her tips about decluttering without making more mess than you started with have been invaluable to me, since I'm 79 and have liminted energy. When I'm done, I'm definitely done. As an aside, onne of my ways to avoid procrasticlutter is "If it takes less than a minute, do it RIGHT NOW!"

I am a huge Dayna K White fan! She is so relatable 😍. Her humor has helped me to tackle decluttering and maintaining my home. My favorite is "Dayna lingo"- "Procast-a-clutter", "TPA - time passage awareness ", and 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 "The Container Concept".

What a great interview! I love Dana, and am so glad to be I’m introduced to you, Jenny! You inspire me to want to start a fiction book club. The first two impactful tips from Dana that made a massive improvement in our home were do the dishes daily, and fold clothes straight out of the dryer, putting them away right away. Dana has made a huge impact on my life. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to say so, Kristin! I appreciate it! Yes, those two are so simple yet they make such a difference. Also, I hope your book club goes great!!! If you’re looking for a great book to start with I just read Sisters of Sea View by Julie Klassen-it was so good! Also A Proper Pursuit by Lynn Austin is one of my all-time faves! (Actually-I have a giveaway going on for that one at my website if you want to enter! www.Jennysnow.net/Lynn-Austin-interview)

I think it was in Reader's Digest that I read about a woman preparing for a party. She put out fresh hand towels and pinned a note for her kids "DO NOT USE THESE TOWELS!". After the party, she was looking for glasses, etc, to clean up. She went into the bathroom and found the note still pinned on the towels, which no one had used. This makes me laugh. I'm from a big family, and none of us (not even one) would EVER use a fancy fresh hand towel to dry our hands. Those are universally for "company" and none of us felt like we made the cut. One last family chuckle. When we had company, my mom would occasionally say "FHB on the rolls". This stands for Family Hold Back, because there weren't enough rolls for everyone. PS - Yes, all of my family regularly use clean hand towels in the bathroom. It's just that none of us feel qualified to use the fancy embroidered ones.

Lol What a funny story! I have definitely been known to tack a “Do not use this bathroom!” note on the downstairs RR so it will stay clean until the guests arrive. Haven’t accidentally left it up…yet! ;)

Not sure hey it took me two years to find this podcast. I am 3 years retired after 35 years as an elementary librarian. Dana’s I Love You the Purplest by Barbara M. Joose. Wonderful also the author of Mama, Do You Love Me. Three more suggestions Jubal’s Wish by Audrey and Don Wood, The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson. Also her seasonal Room on the Broom. And last but not least I Wish You More by Amy Krause Rosenthal and Tom Lichtenheld for littles and graduates of all ages. Confession- my book club solution is we meet at a different restaurant each month. LOL. Dana you are my constant cleaning/decluttering companion.
