Hi You have given very detailed and amazing home tour.However I have some questions.kindly answer 1) In bathroom, ceramic tiles are used in floor,however walls look painted.Dosent water spoil wall paint? 2) why houses aren't fenced there?

Water has no reason to be on the floor except accidental spills.Lower part of walls have ceramic baseboard to prevent damage from accidental spills. 2. Fences are rare is USA . An open lawn is an inviting lawn. A fenced lawn is a barrier and uninviting . Only people with children, dogs or swimming pool tend to have fences. Fences are mandated by law if one has swimming pool like our backyard house has swimming pool so they fenced it .

Sallam Maham What a brilliant house tour. You cowered everything. Glad you stopped the paper delivery and allowed the baby birds to fly away. Some birds like robins, golden finch, and bluetits will come back to the same nest next spring, so be mindful of that. You have one acre of a plot, amazing. I was disappointed that you haven't made good use of it. I will suggest landscaping it, won't cost you much, anything from a few thousand dollars to sky the limit:) get some evergreen and flowering shrubs to the front and side of gardens, to give you some definition. Even the rear of the garden give neighbors some privacy from piping Tom to their swimming pool:). Get some raised bed and start growing Pakistani vegetables, like mulli, torri bangen, or even karelas. Try various chillies and papers Grow some cherry tomatoes in hanging or wall baskets. I will assure you that you will extend your and your in-law's life for quite a few years. Best of luck. Regards

Hello Sir 😊 Thank you for your detailed comments and i saw your shorts.. your house decoration is amazing 👌🏽 i have no words to express it.. such a beautiful flower 🌺 arrangements.. congratulations for that great work 👏🏼so as far as we’re concerned, when i came here.. this house was surrounded by 50 feet tall trees 🌴 and we couldn’t see anybody and nobody ever could see us.. it’s only the last year when they’re all cut down.. it was very high maintenance they fall down, damaged our and neighbors fence and most of all they needed incredible amount of work to keep them clean, trimmed and it was costing us thousands of dollars 💵 so ATM we’re stuck on the situation we’re not able to decide if we get small fruit tree or a hedge trees or a live fence so we’re just stuck in this decision and looking at pros and cons.. i know it looks like kinda barrel at this time but this is not the way it was 😑 Thank you 🫡
