Lots of open shelves- hard to maintain. White sinks - hope it stays white. Wooden counter top, hope it doesn’t deteriorate, natural marble is very porous, hope u don’t accidentally leave any liquid or forget to clear it. Many grout lines in the kitchen, hope it stays clean… but… can’t say the place is not nice.

i was expecting smeg fridge in your wet kitchen neh. Still, I love your 2 kitchens more than your living dining rooms, feel something is missing in those 2 rooms, sorry. Luv the blue-gray-green cabinet in the porch area. Understand you & the cabinet manufacturer went thru a lot of trouble, but it's worth the effort . I have to say my second favorite area is the balcony where private lift is. Some might argue everything looks nice under the massive windows, with all those sunlight. The simple design looks so cozy to me, expecting to see a cat casually catwalking into the area when the lift's doors open....... anytime now.......

Hahaha...air con will need to change after a few years. You can actually paint the air con with your wall color. So it will be hidden.

Dry Kitchen 的洗手盆设计得太低， 水喉头设计得太高，往后使用时会容易沾湿衣服，而且清洗这个洗手盆也十分不方便。（解决方案， 可换成抽拉式水喉头）
