Kudos to the BIL, though if I was OP I wouldn't of put up with the husband and in laws treatment for 13 years no matter how grateful I was for helping out my father years ago. She repaid them many times over only to be treated as a slave an cash cow.

Sometimes people need a full shedding of what makes them unhappy. Since they had her number they could call from other phones. As evil and unhinged as they were the 3 could have called from different phones. She would have had to answer most likely thinking it was a client. Then she would have been subjected to hearing their voices screeching at her even for a few seconds. Then would have had to block that number also. Never ending pain in the neck.

Very poorly written story. Events are all out of sequence, and full of repetition and useless information. And she's 48 years old, yet at one point she says she has been working for 40 years!

Such a ridiculous story. How would a woman who went through law school making over 100k a year be that ignorant. If you and your spouse own property one of them doesn’t have the right to sell it or give it away without the other persons knowledge or consent. The rest of the story is just dumb

You used the wrong pronunciation for refuse. The way you said it, the word means Garbage. It sounds more like ree-fuse. With a long e in the first sylable and strong 2nd syllable. Ask google if you donz't believe me.
