My manga collection is aot volumes 4-6 combined into one! I bought it Walmart lmao Edit: I’m trying to get one piece box sets 3 and 4 because I’ve already seen a lot of the anime( I’m currently in marineford) and because I’m such a one piece fan, one piece is top priority for my collection. I’m also looking in slam dunk, hunter x hunter, Naruto, and one punch man

I think the IKEA hemnes shelf is the coolest one to showcase your manga collection. (Atleast, the small one). I then set up led lights by the corners and it's just perfect. Of course, this is the more expensive way which might be why my manga collection wont be as big as yours for a while haha

A fine diverse collection! I highly recommend a few volumes of Shigeru Mizuki’s Gegege no Kitaro that are bilingual English/Japanese, intended for people like you (and me) wanting to learn/improve their Japanese studies through reading manga. They’re older but you can find them on the Amazon river or E bay.

Cool to see you're enjoying yourself! I've been collecting for about a year but only managed to get about 80 volumes due to financial reasons. If I had the means I'd buy everyting that releases in my country, but I really can't spend too much on it, so my priorities are getting Berserk every 2 months when a new volume drops(We're at volume 30 in my country, so it's about 2 more years until we catch up and learn how painful the hiatus is), Spy x Family, Beastars and the recentely licenced JoJo's! I'm hyped about the last one, because people in my country have been asking for it for a loong time now and in mid 2020 we finally got it in nice hard covers. We just entered Part 2, but the sales are insanely good for the standards of my country which might eventually make the publisher speed up the release like it happened with series like One Piece which used to release every 2 months, but got sped up to 1.5 month.

Mob Psycho is my favorite anime! They incorporate multiple art styles into the show, so if you like the "bad" artwork of the manga, that element is still there in the animation. It's amazing to watch. 10/10 in my bias opinion.

Really nice collection man! Idk if you plan on getting it, but you should check out Claymore. It's similar to Berserk and has a boxset, so you can get the entire series fairly cheap.

Great collection! 20th Century Boys is definitely a manga I plan on getting soon. At first I didn't want to get any manga that has an anime adaptation, but after seeing your recent haul video & this video, I'm considering on getting Evangelion, Parasyte, and maybe Mob Psycho 100 (I think the anime was good). I'd recommend Naoki Urasawa's Pluto. It's a good science fiction mystery, started off slow but picked up as the chapters progress, in my opinion. I haven't finished it yet (up to vol 4), but it's still worth a read. Currently waiting on the first 5 volumes in the mail.

I was told to watch the Evangelion anime first. but idk if I'm going to lol. I really liked the anime for Mob Psycho (I saw it in 2016 so its been a while) but I think I like the manga better. Thats my unpopular opinion though lol

Oh, I'm glad I clicked on the video, really enjoyed seeing your collection :D Never trust someone's taste if they don't have different genre, so I love seeing all these different manga series :) I'm also close to 500, though I've been collecting a bit longer. From my experience, it's satisfying to see a collection grow, so I hope you keep enjoying collecting manga :D Since we have hq!!, the promised neverland and My hero academia in common, I just throw in bungou stray dogs which is also one of my current favourite manga! Oh, and I've only read til volume 7 so far, but I'd recommend to keep reading gangsta if you get the chance! I think the author has health issues, so the release of new volumes is slow, same goes for the author of d.grayman if I'm not mistaken, so no rush there!

Just so you know the rest of the series was officially translated by I believe it was comixology although it’s only available digitally. I would highly recommend it! 💕

nice collection. also, kakegurui alternates based on whoever is on the cover; it bothers me too tbh. a series that doesnt do that however that does alternate black and white which is also an excellent title and looks great on the shelf is deadman wonderland, also gangsta isn't rare or out of print so if you wanted to complete your collection for that or continue collecting the title, i say go for it. i agree with your re:zero take; it is nothing special just middling, even for an isekai. anyways, good video as a whole. lotta shounen. i have some recs for you if you ever wanna chat over on twit.

r u kidding. man has been collecting for a year and got 500 volumes while i’ve been collecting for abt 3 years and i only have around 50 volumes. and D.Gray-man is def underrated imo. it was the series that got me into manga since my old elementary school had all the volumes (at the time) and i would read all of them over and over. theirs also a series that i don’t think anyone knows but my school also had this series called “+anima”. only has like 10 volumes but i loved reading it. those two r def series not everyone knows abt but they’re pretty good imo. also how the hell did u find Judge and Secret?? i can’t find them anywhere.

id like to recommend to you some of taiyo matsumoto's works. they can get very expensive, but i promise they are worth it. the art is absolutely stunning and it's nothing compared to the writing.

get the light novels of rezero! the mangas are just adaptations of the light novels and aren’t nearly as good. Also if you watch s2 it’ll change your whole view on the series, it’s been my favorite anime and light novel series for 3 years now.
