It's a new year, so it's time for some NEW GOALS! I have big plans ahead for disc golf in 2024! I can't wait to keep improving at this great sport and growing my community here on KZbin! 🥏

Good question! I've recently been focusing on doing plyometrics to improve my tendon strength and sprint training to improve my explosivness. Doing weighted squats/lunges is essential because your legs are what is used the most in the throwing motion. Also I make it a priority to treat my elbow/shoulder joints to prevent injury. Usually with very light weights doing YTI exercises and resistance bands.

Great video! My goals are to win at least 1 MA1 event, shoot at least one 1000 rated round, get my distance back up over 500', and get my rating back above 980. I took a few years off playing tournaments and im just now getting back into it.

I love those goals! I currently have the same situation as you! I won my first MA3 tourney in 2022. Then in 2023 won my first MA2 tourney. I’m looking for that MA1 win just like you😎. Also I want to be 950 rated by the end of the year (currently 919) #228532
