✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
150 g sugar (2/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
a pinch of salt
Beat for 3-4 minutes
120 ml vegetable oil (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
150 ml milk (3/4 cup)
Zest of a lemon
250 g flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
15 grams baking powder (3 tsp)
Juice of one lemon
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
50 g butter (3 tbsp)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sliced almonds
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for another 10 minutes.
Baking dish 18x26 cm (7x10 inches)
