I make this rice and veggie casserole several times a week! Recipe for delicious rice with broccoli.
This is a simple and delicious recipe. Healthy food can be delicious. You'll see this when you prepare a casserole with rice and vegetables. Broccoli does not require cooking and retains more vitamins. This dish will surely be enjoyed by your entire family.

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice.
Rinse the rice thoroughly with water.
Transfer the rice to the pan.
Fill with water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook for 10 minutes.
1 broccoli.
Cut into small pieces.
Oil.
Fry over high heat.
1 onion.
Add to broccoli.
1 carrot.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 pepper.
Remove the seeds.
Fry for 3 minutes.
4 eggs.
Put in the cooked rice.
Add roasted vegetables.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Mix well.
Oil.
Cherry tomatoes.
100 g mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 25 minutes.
4 tablespoons of natural yogurt.
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Grate half of the cucumber.
Dill.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt.
Black pepper.
