It was supposed to be a happily-ever-after story, except it wasn’t.
She says he beat her, brought his girlfriends home to torment her and threatened to kill her. To this day, she says, he continues to threaten her with death or jail.

When Emeka Ike aired his plight, people wanted to crucify the ex wife, but after hearing from her, you then started to have second thoughts. People lie a lot. Your comment shames/shade those that may tell their story still feeling a little bitter or unhappy. Africa, saying a woman is bitter or not yet healed for very deep wounds done to her, is not an insult on the woman. It tells of a toxic societal stigma. At least if a child is beaten, we should allow them to cry in any way that comforts them. When we always want them to quickly snap out of it and show “pretend” face, the abusers win all over again and move to their next victim.
