In these stories, men never value the wives that take care of the home, make their meals and do their laundry. Unfortunately, even in these more enlightened times, the old steretypes still exist and a lot of men still skive off of helping with household chores, unless it suits their convenience. Men have no idea how much resentment can be boiling up inside their overlooked wives until one day it explodes, as in this story. Even though she knows he is a jerk she is still reluctant to leave.
