I love that Mike got to see you do your thing. I also appreciate the fact that while we definitely saw a very sweet moment when you had the flight sing the girl happy birthday, I think it's extra special because I can tell you're the type of flight attendant who finds those moments often. Also to notice the lady's distress. I am on a work trip right now, and I suffer from headaches often, well I had run out of water by my 3rd leg, and there wasn't time to seek out a water fountain, so there I was very dehydrated with a bad headache on that flight. That last flight was so short that they weren't offering beverage service, which I understood, but the lady saw me subtly holding my head trying to manage the pain. She came over and asked if I was okay, I told her I'd be okay, and I'd start feeling a lot better when we landed and I could get a big thing of water. Well, she started bringing me waters. I chugged the first one in 2 seconds flat, and in the end she brought me 5 cups of water. I was feeling WAY better by the time I got off the flight. Flight attendants who notice those small details are the best.

Loved this video so much. I recently started a new part time job at the age of 62 working for the Texas Rangers baseball team as an usher. I took early retirement from my long time job a while ago, and while not as glamorous as a flight attendant, I feel like our experiences are very similar as in my new job I love meeting and talking to fans, and making their game day experience special. It’s all about the people!! I miss my co workers when I take a day off, and I can’t wait to meet new fans when I work my next game. And it seems you love the same. Love seeing you make that girls flight a once in a lifetime experience by singing Happy Birthday! Go Jill! You are amazing!! And I think it was perfectly appropriate you kissed Mike. Come on! It’s Southwest which is all about fun and love!! 🙌👏❤️🥳

Awsome job! Seems like you’re an amazing flight attendant! I’ve flown so many times and most of the time the flight attendants aren’t very friendly. I loved seeing that you were friendly and even helped the person that was scared. Maybe someday we’ll meet you. We fly southwest all the time 😊

Congrats Jill on passing the dreaded probation! I remember when I passed my 6 months I felt no different as far as the job goes but I felt relief! My comment at that time was “ my job has now become a career!” Hope you feel the same? I was hoping to run into you, and or, Mike last month, as I had SRQ overnights all month. It was a real treat for me and my wife, as she didn’t get to fly with me, but drove down to stay with me! We only live an hour from downtown! Please excuse my overcomplication of this but I'm not a visual person due to being legally blind and one thing I've never fully grasped the full instruction of is the water evacuation. Obviously it's frowned upon to mess with any that without being instructed/only in an emergency but with as often some people with vision impairments like myself fly, I feel like that lack of tactile instruction/knowledge (for lack of a better term) makes me more vulnerable. Not that I'm anxious or afraid, just interested in learning all of the procedures in full. How can I learn this in detail? Searched training demos, boeing builds. Any input is appreciated.
