Please tell Gary to normalize menstruation, it is weird that a grown up man compares it to poop when is not the same thing, and we need to investigate more about mentruation, endometriosis, etc. It is rude to shut you up about it when you where just saying you have your period witch it pretty normal and not something to disgust about. Honestly, I can understand why it isn't the most pleasant thing to talk about. Just because something is normal doesn't mean you have to love discussing it, so I actually feel like the poop analogy was pretty spot on.

Is having a chat to your husband in the back of the car about how gross you feel because you're on your period actually going to contribute to meaningful change? In my opinion, not really. Sure, it will benefit you and your immediate family if your husband is willing to listen and learn about what you're going through and that's great, but let's not pretend that's somehow going to solve healthcare inequality or lack of understanding about endometriosis. And you're right, I do live in a country where I'm fortune enough to have easy access to high quality healthcare, but you also don't know anything about my health or how this issue has personally affected me, because to you I'm literally a stranger. So let's both agree that there's lots that still needs to be done, but avoid making assumptions about people we don't know ☺

People who are saying this is a toxic relationship have never been in a real relationship or always move in and out of relationship at the slightest excuse. Real relationships take time and effort and accepting the good and the bad. Valeria and Gary are matured enough to know what is important and what's not. There is no couple in the world that doesn't fight or have little tiffs. Doesn't mean they don't appreciate each other. They have just grown accustomed to each other and are in a comfortable place in life where they can be honest with each other and don't have to be "nice" all the time.

What you said makes sense but what I feel is that they often try to compete with each other on camera which can be pretty unhealthy in terms of relationships and it def shows through their respective expressions and comments. I mean I understand we only get to see a few snippets of who they really are as a couple but still you can tell a lot if you dissect their behaviour towards each other in all their videos together. Anyway, to each his own and may they prosper even more as they get older as a couple!

Yikes, I've never met a man that has issues with talking openly about periods. My husband is 45, there's a 17 year age gap between us and he knows when I'm due on, and reminds me. He also shows a huge amount of empathy for my mood, cramps etc.

@@dn-cp6sh I don't actually think it's the age gap. Two years ago when she was basically running her own channel she was such a bright and cheery little thing. Then he took over and it's just been a slow descent into her (on her own admission, unhappiness). She's faking happy now. You never see her having fun with the kids unless it's for 'content'. I think she's the breadwinner and the dynamic has changed and one of them isn't happy with it. I really feel for her. She doesn't need therapy, she know what it is that's making her sad. I hate seeing someone with the joy being sucked out of them.

Of course, because he adores her, he conceded and rode along, but it’s not nice... that was negative/“resentment” energy right there for a long time.
