Husband Ethan story... tell him if he is so worried about his mom, he can use some of his vacation or sick days to take care of his mom. Then he can take her to a doctor. She probably needs antibiotics. If he refuses, tell him it is him that doesn't care and not you. Also, I would consider divorcing someone so manipulative!
